Josip Kotlar

Josip Kotlar is the President of the International Family Enterprise Research Academy (IFERA), where he leads efforts to foster global collaboration and knowledge exchange among family business researchers. He is also a Full Professor of Strategy, Innovation, and Family Business at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). His research focuses on strategy and innovation in family businesses and business families, including the study of family offices. His work has garnered significant citations and media attention, and he was recently named among FamCap Top 25 Family Enterprise Academics in the world. He also serves as Associate Editor of Family Business Review.
