Dr Justin Craig is a recognized figure in the family business field globally, through his involvement in authoring of over 50 peer-reviewed academic publications, numerous book chapters, and teaching cases, and several books.
His two-decade long academic journey has included full-time faculty positions at the Kellogg School of Management, Northeastern University in Boston, Bond University in Australia, and Oregon State University, as well as Visiting Professorships at Dublin City University, St Francis University in Hong Kong and most recently at Tecnologica de Monterrey in Mexico.
Justin complements his scholarly pursuits with educator-in-residence roles with a small cohort of multi-generational families. These and other families he interacts with across the world are his teachers.
Justin considers his role as an educator of educators and in his book, Continuity Model Generation, he provides a collection of frameworks that are invaluable theory-driven evidence-based tools that equip scholars, advisors and practitioners to navigate the challenges of generational transition as well as business and ownership model transformation.
